Summarizing more than a decade of study and work is not an easy task, but here you find a very concise summary of my journey. Starting as a teacher of Microsoft Office courses for individual professionals and business groups, I became more and more interested in the design of the documents I worked on in class. This way, I naturally migrated to the area of graphic design, branding, and lately to project management. Besides, as a way to complete the knowledge in the exact area, in the last years I have been interested in the analysis of the balance sheet and financial health of both companies and the Brazilian economy.
Every activity needs to have a well-structured goal, as well as proper planning to face the obstacles that arise in the middle of the way. After studying and applying hundreds of tools in my personal and professional projects, I set up a methodology using only elements that provide a comprehensive view of the situation and agility in the application.
First, I study the purpose of the business, mutually with the target audience and the means of achieving it. All these expressed on one screen only.
Working for several years with graphic design, I developed a creative system considering everything, from the brand conception to its graphic applications.
The ability to plan safely, anticipate risks, and have full control over the implementation defines the success of any project. That's the basis of the method.
